Q: Are your Pokemon legitimate?
A: Yes, all our Pokemon are 100% legitimate and usable for online trade and, if that specific Pokemon is allowed to, online battle.
Q: How do I know if a Pokemon is legitimate?
A: If the Pokemon is tradable online then it is 100% legitimate. If it was not legitimate the Pokemon server will not allow the Pokemon to travel between consoles and will stop the trade.
Q: How do I receive my Pokemon?
A: You will need to get in touch with us on one of our channels and we will instruct you on how and when we will be able to trade with you. For more info visit the "Contact Us" page.
Q: How can I pay?
A: Our store accepts many electronic payment methods listed below
Q: It says transaction declined (or error) why?
A: Your card may not be accepted by our store. If you can add the card to a PayPal account you should be able to pay online. Some cards are not suitable for online purchases, for more info contact your card provider.
Q: How long does it take to receive my Pokemon?
A: Usually a few hours, depends on the demand at the moment of purchase. The best way to speed up the delivery is getting in touch with us for a smooth and quick trade on Discord.
Q: I do not have any of those Apps or I don't want to share my personal information with you. Can you trade differently?
A: We understand that you may not have the Apps to chat with us and it's not a problem. We can communicate with other channels that suits you better But, keep in mind, this can be extremely slow for us. So all people who prefer other systems are served after the people who join our chats.
Chats are completely anonymous and safe. We use this system ONLY to speed up the delivery of our orders and provide a smooth service. We do not store your information for spam or sales purposes and we do not resell your information to third parties.
